Tomato Beef and Rice

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups water
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 cups white rice

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef.
  2. Put all ingredients (except rice) in crockpot.
  3. Meat on bottom.
  4. Cook on Low 10 to 12 hours or on High 5 to 6 hours.
  5. About 15 minutes before finished add rice to crockpot and stir.
