Ingredients:

  • 9 oz. firm tofu
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup onions
  • 3 tsp. mustard
  • 2 1/4 oz. black olives
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Crumble tofu
  2. Chop celery
  3. Chop onion
  4. Dice sweet pickles
  5. Add can of olives drained
  6. Add mustard
  7. Light mayonnaise
  8. I like adding 1/4 teaspoon herbs de provence
  9. Add pepper and mix
