Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
  2. Transfer to a double thickness of greased heavy-duty foil (about 18 inches square).
  3. Dot with butter.
  4. Fold foil around potatoe mixture and seal tightly.
  5. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender, turning once.
  6. Carefully open foil.
  7. Sprinkle bacon and mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over potato mixture.
  8. Grill 3-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
