Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a 2-qt casserole dish, combine warm potatoes, cheeses, bacon bits (reserving 1 Tbs), onion, salt and pepper to taste, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir until the cheeses start to melt.
  4. Combine melted butter, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, reserved bacon bits, onion powder and bread crumbs in a small bowl.
  5. Sprinkle over the potato mixture.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
  7. Yum!
