The Best Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 3 (8 oz) jars beef gravy
  • 1 lb mushroom
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Boil water and then cook beef in water. Boil water and cook noodles until al dente. Heat beef broth from the beef you cooked earlier and whisk in the flour and 1 tablespoons butter. Once that mixture is whisked together and boiling, add in mushrooms, gravy and mushroom soup and seasoning. Heat and stir continuously. Once it is done, add the beef to the gravy mixture and then cook for about 3 minutes. When serving, put noodles on a dish and then smother in gravy/mushroom/beef mixture.
