Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Throw in chopped up carrots and cauliflower into a pot of boiling water.
  3. Cook till soft.
  4. Cook ground beef in beef broth.
  5. When beef if almost cooked, add onions, celery, fresh oregano, chili powder, salt, pepper.
  6. Let them saute with the beef till beef is fully cooked.
  7. Add more spices if desired!
  8. Drain cauliflower and carrots, leaving a little bit of water in the pot with it to help the mashing.
  9. If desired, add butter and salt to the mashed mixture.
  10. Get out a 9X9X3 casserole baking dish, first add the ground beef mixture at the bottom then spread over the cauliflower/carrot mash.
  11. Bake covered for 1/2 hour. YUM!
