Tarragon Dijon Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta per package directions rinse immediately with cold water, drain and set aside.
  2. Combine onion, celery, cauliflower, and eggs into large bowl
  3. In small bowl, combine mayo, Dijon, honey, lemon juice, garlic, tarragon and salt and pepper
  4. Mix well
  5. Add drained pasta to veggies and toss to combine.
  6. Add dressing and stir gently until well combine.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
