Tarleton Twins' Broiled Oysters on Half Shell

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash oyster shells and pry open, but do not pour off liquid.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine bacon, parsley, and onion; sprinkle over oysters, and top with breadcrumbs.
  3. Place on broiling pan and broil under medium heat 2-5 minutes or until edges begin to curl.
  4. Serve hot as an appetizer.
