Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground chicken or 1 lb ground turkey or 1 lb sausage
  • 1 (15 oz) can ranch style beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can corn
  • 1 (10 oz) can rotel
  • 1 (14 oz) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (4 oz) can green chilies, chopped (optional)

Directions:

  1. Brown meat and drain.
  2. Add all other ingredients in a soup pot or crockpot.
  3. Cook thru until all ingredients are warm.
  4. Add water to desired consistancy.
  5. If using a crockpot, the longer you cook it the thicker it will get.
