Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put meat in the crock pot.
  2. Add tomatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, bell pepper, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook this until the meat falls apart and veggies are done.
  4. Fix some rice.
  5. Put rice in a bowl.
  6. Top with meat, veggies and broth from crock pot.
  7. Serve Mashed potatoes on the side.
