Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients (except marshmallows), toss to mix
  3. Lightly oil a deep dish pie pan and place potato mixture in pan. top with marshmallows.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until mixture bubbles at the edges and the top is browned.
