Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Scrub potatoes well and cut in 1/8 inch slices.
  3. Coat a non-stick baking sheet with walnut oil and arrange potato slices on it.
  4. Combine the seasonings.
  5. Sprinkle potatoes with half of the seasonings.
  6. Bake 10 minutes.
  7. Using a large spatula, turn, sprinkle with remaining seasonings and bake 10 minutes more until crisp.
  8. Serve immediately.
