Swedish Apple Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Slice apples in bottom of lightly greased 9x9 pan.
  2. Cream butter, sugar, salt, and egg.
  3. Add flour, nuts, and cinnamon. Spread over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
