Directions:

  1. Spread refried beans on dish. Brown ground chuck with 1 bunch of onions. Add taco mix with water as per directions on package. Simmer and drain water and grease from mixture. Spread beef mixture on top of beans. Sprinkle on chili peppers. Shred both kinds of cheese and place on top of peppers. Drizzle taco sauce on top of cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Chop green onions and slice olives to use as garnish
