In time for Super Bowl! or any get together! Ingredients:
2 cans refried beans |
2 lbs. ground chuck |
2 env. taco mix |
1 can chopped green chili peppers |
1 (10 oz.) block monterey jack cheese with jalepeno peppers |
1 (10 oz.) block longhorn or colby cheese |
2 bottles taco sauce (1 hot and 1 mild) or 2 milds |
1 sm. can ripe pitted olives |
2 bunches green olives |
2 ripe avocados |
1 pt. sour cream |
garlic powder |
onion salt |
salad dressing |
coriander |
chili powder |
1 lemon |
doritos |
Directions:
1. Spread refried beans on dish. Brown ground chuck with 1 bunch of onions. Add taco mix with water as per directions on package. Simmer and drain water and grease from mixture. Spread beef mixture on top of beans. Sprinkle on chili peppers. Shred both kinds of cheese and place on top of peppers. Drizzle taco sauce on top of cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Chop green onions and slice olives to use as garnish |
