Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Combine Sugar, flour, Cinnamon, & orange zest with fruit.
  2. Spread in 8 x 8 glass baking dish.
  3. Bake 10 min at 400 F degrees.
  4. Topping:.
  5. Mix dry ingredients together.
  6. Cut in butter
  7. Stir in Buttermilk.
  8. Drop by spoonfuls on fruit.
  9. Bake 25 min at 400 F Degrees.
