Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large saucepan, bring stock to a boil over high heat.
  2. Stir in orzo; cook 10 minutes or until tender but firm.
  3. Stir in spinach.
  4. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour beaten egg into boiling soup, stirring constantly.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately.
