Ingredients:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 6 cups water
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried mint
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix 1 teaspoon salt, sugar, yeast, water, flour and vegetable oil.
  2. Mix until it turns to dough like fixture.
  3. Let dough rise for approximately 1 hour.
  4. Chop spinach and onion.
  5. Add lemon juice,olive oil, mint, salt.
  6. Mix until well blended.
  7. Roll out dough and cut out 5 inch circles. Put 1 tablespoon spinach mixture into the middle of each circle and fold up into triangle shape.
  8. Place on Baking sheet and cook 350 for 15 minutes.
