Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. 1. preheat oven to 325 degrees thaw spinach squeezing to drain it thoroughly.
  2. 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and spoon into an ungreased small casserole.
  3. 3. Cover and bake 30-40 minutes.
