Spinach and Ham Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 5 oz feta
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz ham

Directions:

  1. Mix the liquid ingredients.
  2. Add the feta.
  3. Add to a pre-made pie crust (spelt is good), layering in some ham and spinach.
  4. Add the colby jack to the top.
  5. Bake at 375 for 30 min.
  6. Serve with salad for a quick and mostly healthy dinner.
