Spicy Pork With Mango Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Combine mango, pineapple and lime juice, salt in blender and process until well blended, but not smooth
  3. Pour into bowl and stir in onion, cilantro and jalapeño
  4. Toss pork, red pepper and oil in bowl
  5. Mix in the spices, and toss to coat
  6. Place pork and peppers on foil lined baking sheet and bake 10-15 minutes
  7. Prepare appetizers using toothpicks (1 piece of pork and 1 piece of red pepper per toothpick)
  8. Serve with dipping sauce
