Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 cups pecans

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients except pecans, mixing well. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Add pecans and mix.
  4. Spread evenly on 2 greased cookie sheets. Bake 1 hour.
  5. Immediately loosen pecans from sheets, dump onto foil and cool.
  6. Store in an airtight container.
