Ingredients:

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Place tea bag, cinnamon and cloves in a mug; fill 3/4 full with boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove cinnamon and cloves and stir in honey and lemon juice.
