Warm and comforting! Ingredients:
1 bag tea (echinacea or chamomile) |
1 cinnamon stick |
4 cloves |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Place tea bag, cinnamon and cloves in a mug; fill 3/4 full with boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes. 2. Remove cinnamon and cloves and stir in honey and lemon juice. |
