Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chilled milk
  • 1/16 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/16 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/16 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup banana chunks
  • 1 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine chilled milk, cinnamon, cardamom, ground cloves, and ground nutmeg. Add banana chunks, 1/4 cup ice cubes, and brown sugar. Whirl until smooth. Pour into glasses.
