Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter with sugars.
  2. Add eggs and beat well.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, spices and salt.
  4. Blend into creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in apple, oats and raisins.
  6. Spread mixture evenly in greased 13X9-inch cake pan.
  7. Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
