Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine chicken, beans, onion, bell peppers, and cilantro in large bowl.
  2. Whisk sour cream, and mayonnaise in small bowl.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, jalapeno pepper and lime juice and add to chicken. Add a little salt and pepper to taste and toss.
  4. Chill at least 1 hour. Just before serving, toss in pine nuts. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
