Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except for cilantro and nutmeg in a large pot and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. Drain excess liquid and puree in blender or food processor.
  3. Adjust the seasonings.
  4. Reheat over medium heat.
  5. Garnish with cilantro & nutmeg.
