So so simple peanut brittle

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Crush peanuts and fine as you like on wax paper with a roling pin.
  2. Set peanuts aside.
  3. Heat sugar in water until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Immediately pour mixture over crushed peanuts.
  5. Let cool and break into pieces.
