Slow Cooker Hot Caramel Apple Cider

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 gallon apple cider
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 inches cinnamon sticks
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 1/2 cup apple jack apple liqueur (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except topping in a slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low setting 5-6 hours.
  3. Serve in mugs, drizzling a teaspoonful of topping into each mug.
