Ingredients:

  • 4 g unsweetened cocoa powder (less waste than for tbsp=5 g)
  • 2 g (2 packets) equal
  • 210 g (7 oz) lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp rum extract or almond extract or 1/2 tsp orange extract or 1/8 tsp peppermint extract (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix and microwave on REHEAT 4 (beverage). I most often make this with the almond extract.
