Simple Peanut Butter Spread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp tofu (i use firm )
  • 1/2-3/4 tbsp honey (for those who don'tsp eat , i'm sure this recipe could be modified with molasses or some type of)

Directions:

  1. Mash together tofu and peanut butter until mixture is as uniform as possible.
  2. Mix in honey.
  3. Spread and enjoy.
