  1. In a food processor or blender, whip the tofu until smooth. Add honey, cocoa, and vanilla and blend until well combined. Transfer to a serving bowl or divide among 6 parfait glasses and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
  2. At serving time garnish.
  3. ENJOY !!!!
