Simple Caribbean Jerk Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 1/2 lbs chicken pieces

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken in bowl.
  2. Pour over chicken.
  3. Cover and marinate 1 hour or over night in fridge.
  4. GRILL it!
  5. Enjoy!
