Simple Baked Zucchini

Ingredients:

  • 3 or 4 medium zucchini
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • fresh group pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut the zucchini in half long-wise, then cut in half again until you have wedges like pickles.
  2. Pour some olive oil into a bowl and put minced garlic, salt and pepper (to taste) inside and mix.
  3. Place zucchini on baking sheet
  4. Brush zucchini or spread oil with a spoon thinly on top of the zucchini.
  5. Bake the zucchini at 350 degrees until they are soft and starting to brown on the edges. about 10-15 min.
