  1. Combine corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber and onion then set aside.
  2. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, celery seed, mustard, pepper and salt and mix well.
  3. Combine corn mixture and sour cream mixture then cover and refrigerate overnight.
