Sesame Beef And Asparagus Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Broil steak to desired doneness then cool and cut into thin diagonal strips.
  2. Cook asparagus in small amount of water for 60 seconds then drain and cool.
  3. Combine beef and asparagus.
  4. Blend soy sauce, oil, vinegar and ginger then pour over beef and asparagus.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and toss lightly.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature on lettuce leaves.
