red potatoes, peeled, egg, lightly beaten, flour (or use matzo meal), seasoning salt (or to taste, or use white salt to taste), black pepper (or to taste), greenonions, finely chopped (use as much as you like i use lots!), fresh parsley, finely chopped (good to add in!) sweet potatoes, peeled and coarsley grated, onions or 4 -5 green , finely chopped, all-purpose flour, fresh minced garlic (optional or to taste), eggs, lightly beaten, salt (or to taste) or 2 tsp seasoning (or to taste), pepper, oil (for frying )
