Another recipe from . Excellent casserole for those cold mornings. I am sure it will be a kid pleaser. Definately a parent pleaser! Ingredients:
6 eggs |
2 cups milk |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
2 slices bread, cut into cubes |
1 lb sausage, cooked |
1 cup cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Beat eggs, adding milk, salt and mustard. Mix well. 3. Grease bottom of 9 X 13 baking dish. 4. Place in a layer of bread cubes,sausage, then cheese. 5. Pour egg mixture over the top. 6. Refrigerate overnight. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 8. Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting. |
