Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Bake the whole-wheat and white bread cubes until evenly golden brown.
  3. Transfer to bowl.
  4. Cook the sausage and chopped onions over moderate heat until fully cooked.
  5. Add the celery, sage, rosemary and thyme.
  6. Add the sausage mixture to the bread with the apples, cranberries, parsley.
  7. Toss mixture well.
  8. Drizzle the stock and the melted butter over the mixture.
