Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 oz) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/4 cups miracle whip
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups finely shredded carrots
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 2 -3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. With an elecgric mixer, mix together cake mix, salad dressing,eggs, water and Cinnamon.
  3. Slowly stir in carrots.
  4. Pour into 2 cake pans and bake 30-35 minutes.
  5. For icing blend together cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar.
