Ingredients:

  • 1 (5 oz) salmon steaks
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp wasabi
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients in a zip loc bag and put salmon steak in and marinate half hour.
  2. Bake salmon and mixture in a preheated 425 oven 12 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.
  3. Baste twice with mixture every 5 mins during baking.
  4. Let rest 5 mins after baking.
  5. Enjoy.
