Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 14 oz chickpeas
  • 2 oz tahini
  • 2 oz olive oil
  • 2 oz lemon
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Blend Chickpeas, Olive Oil, Tahini and Lemon together.
  2. Add cold water, garlic, seasonings and blend until even.
  3. Add 3 Roasted Red Peppers from jar and blend until even.
  4. Pour into container with tight lid and allow to sit in fridge for at least 4 hours for flavours to set up!
  5. Pour onto plate and serve with warm Naan bread or veggies. Also makes a great sandwich spread!
