Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Quick home made hummus! High in protein and healthy fats.Can be used as a dip or substitute for unhealthy spreads like Mayo and Ketchup.
Ingredients:
14 oz chickpeas
2 oz tahini
2 oz olive oil
2 oz lemon
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp cold water
1 dash salt and pepper
3 roasted red peppers
Directions:
1. Blend Chickpeas, Olive Oil, Tahini and Lemon together.
2. Add cold water, garlic, seasonings and blend until even.
3. Add 3 Roasted Red Peppers from jar and blend until even.
4. Pour into container with tight lid and allow to sit in fridge for at least 4 hours for flavours to set up!
5. Pour onto plate and serve with warm Naan bread or veggies. Also makes a great sandwich spread!
