Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in bread maker. Bake.
