Ribeye steak with Blue cheese & Breadcrumbs

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Coat steaks with olive oil
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Sear steaks 3-5 minutes each side
  4. Press steaks into plate of breadcrumbs
  5. Grill steaks to desired doneness
  6. Add blue cheese crumbles 2 minutes before removing from grill
  7. Sprinkle fresh parsley on finished steaks
  8. Serve and enjoy!
