Rhubarb Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 3/8 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tapioca flour (cornstarch may be used but won'tsp give as clear a product)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Put water into a medium saucepan, mix in dry ingredients, cook until thick and clear Add rhubarb, cook till tender.
  2. Stir in strawberries, heat through.
  3. Serve chilled or warm.
