Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg, and salt.
  2. Add mixture to the beaten eggs.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Add sliced rhubarb and stir.
  5. Slice top crust to make a lattice on top.
  6. Fill bottom crust with pie filling.
  7. Place butter on top.
  8. Add lattice top.
  9. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
