  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey, sugar, mustard and celery salt. In a serving bowl, toss the cabbage, carrots and raisins. Add mayonnaise mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 4 servings.
