Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lightly brush 9 small muffin cups with 1 tbsp of the mayonaise.
  2. Cut crusts from bread and roll till 1/2 original thickness. Cut each slice into quarters.
  3. Press lightly into muffin tins.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into bread cups.
  5. Bake at350° F for 15 - 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
